Story

I have a background of working within the corporate environment over 20 years. Commuting, travelling and meeting deadlines led to less attention being given to both my mental and physical needs outside of the working day. Yoga has helped to provide balance and more recently helped with peri menopause using a mixture of the following:

  • Physical movement (asana practice)
  • Breathing (pranayama) 
  • Meditation 

The above are my own experiences and I would like to reiterate this will be different for everyone who steps onto a yoga mat. 

I have spoken to a lot of people who have said that yoga isn't for them as they are not flexible enough or feel intimidated by others in a class. I would like to suggest that yoga classes are especially for you and your body is amazing!

Through practice a greater understanding of your own body might be obtained along with working on the idea of not comparing to others, you are on your own journey and they are on theirs.


Based in Shoreham-By-Sea I currently offer a weekly evening class along with 1-1's. If you would like to discuss what might work for you please contact me.


  • 200 hours yoga teacher training - Yoga Alliance Professionals 
  • Chair Yoga course (20 hours qualified Mar 2023)
  • Yoga Nidra (part 1 - 30 hours qualified Feb 2023)
